DINORAH’S LATIN CLASSESS has been a great way for me to stay in shape while having fun. Every class is packed with lots of energy and a wide variety of music and moves. I Adore Dinorah’s classes! For me they are super necessary because they force my body to eliminate those extra pounds doing something I enjoy the most, Dancing! It is very important for me to have a professional at my side to guide me how to be healthy, in balance and in control of my body. That is what I have achieved with Dinorah. It does not matter if the group is large, she gives me the personal attention I need to learn all the dance moves to perfection!

Before Dinorah and her Latin Dance class, I was bored with the cardio workouts at the gym. In taking Dinorah’s class in the past 3 years, I have been challenged physically and mentally with fun-filled choreographed dance routines which have improved my coordination and cardiac conditioning as well as my Latin dance moves. After taking one of Dinorah’s classes, I always leave stress-free from the day and in higher moods. It is an hour of fun and laughs while working out your whole body.

To belong to a group where no only physical health but mental health allows me to find balance, is something that I have accomplished while attending Dinorah’s classes. My job requires a lot of mental stress; therefore, I love to dance, to burn calories and have fun while doing them. I must add that I have struggled with my weight throughout my life and by attending her classes just three days a week, I have been able to maintain my weight low, as well as my blood pressure. In a nut shell, it is “Spectacular”.
